What AgentNod collects

The app has no account and sends nothing about your agents' sessions anywhere unless you turn on the phone relay. The website counts visits with PostHog, without cookies.

Who runs this

AgentNod is made and sold by Dimitrios Kyriakakis. For anything on this page, or to have data about you deleted, email dkiriakakis@gmail.com.

The app

AgentNod reads the agents' own session logs and the hook events they send it, on your Mac. Commands, diffs, prompts, answers and history stay in ~/Library/Application Support/AgentNod. It never reads your credentials and never calls an agent vendor's API.

It makes these requests of its own. Once a day it fetches its update feed from agentnod.app, sending the app's version; a switch in Settings → Licence turns that off, and an update itself downloads from GitHub. Each check is counted in PostHog as one anonymous event with the app's version and nothing else, which is how I know roughly how many copies are in use. With a licence key, it sends Lemon Squeezy the key and your Mac's name to activate it, and the key once a week to check it is still valid.

The phone relay is off until you switch it on. The phone page is then served by your Mac on your own network or Tailscale. Push notifications go through ntfy, on ntfy.sh or a server you host, and carry the agent, the project name and a one-line summary of what it wants or what it said last.

The website

agentnod.app uses PostHog, on its EU cloud, to count visits. It records the pages you open, the site that sent you, the links and buttons you click, and your browser and device type, and PostHog estimates an approximate location from your IP address.

It runs without cookies and stores nothing in your browser, so a return visit counts as a new visitor. There is no session recording and no advertising tracker. Requests go through agentnod.app/ingest, a pass-through to PostHog.

The site is hosted on Netlify, which handles each request to serve the page. The download is served from GitHub Releases.

Buying a licence

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record: it takes the payment, handles VAT and emails the licence key. Your name, email, payment details and billing country go to Lemon Squeezy under its privacy policy. I see the order in the Lemon Squeezy dashboard and use the email only to answer you, for example about a refund.
